Beta Terms

This is what applying to the CADWiz™ beta commits you to. It is short on purpose. Written to be read by humans; [ENTITY NAME — WizLabs, pending counsel].
The commitment
- This is unfinished beta software. It will have bugs, and it may lose work. Back up anything important before you install or run it.
- Everything about the beta is confidential — the software itself, any build or code you receive, and any private materials or documentation that come with it. Don't redistribute or publish them.
- Applying is not automatic acceptance. If you're selected, you'll be asked to confirm these terms again, alongside the Privacy Policy, before you receive the software.
These terms cover the software and materials only. What we collect and do with your application data is in the Privacy Policy, not here.
Changes
If these terms change before you're selected, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
